Fudgy Wudgy Chocolate Cookies

I love a good cookie. There is something so calorie worthy in that small treat. Having said that, I have been disappointed before. Cookies that are too flat, too soft and those that tastes like cakes more than a cookie.

I was very attracted to this recipe…because of it’s name! Fudgy-wudgy chocolate. In fact, I dare say that I baked that cookie just because I can say that cookie’s name “Fudgy Wudgy!”
